This collaboration brings together textile artist Amber Lily and fashion designer Marzec Designs, merging innovative upcycling techniques with Amber Lily’s signature art style. The collection features patchwork materials, screen printing, spray paint, and free motion embroidery, inspired by the shapes of tree bark and foliage, aligning with Marzec’s commitment to environmental sustainability.

Marzec Designs originated from an exhibition focused on waste, sparking research and experimentation with airbags. This led to the creation of garments primarily made from airbags and offcuts. The brand aims to maximise material use by creating accessories from offcuts and collaborating with artists to produce unique art pieces.
